This property has 10 steps of exterior stairs you need to climb to get to the 2nd Floor entrance. 

Enter this property through front door (2F) the entire house (1F - 3F) is for you and your crew only.

• detergent (Japanese brand detergent is very gentle but if you have allergy please do not use)

This area can help keep your belongings safe before and after your stay with us. Please note that it is only available for use until 10PM of the checkout date.

Neighborhood

Hatsudai is an upscale neighborhood just 1 stop away from the massive urban center of Shinjuku.

This gives great transportation convenience, and the slight distance away from the crowds of downtown Shinjuku. 

Make the area being sorted after by both local and international residents/visitors.

Next to Hatsudai station, Tokyo Opera City is a massive shopping & dining complex. At 53rd floor there are restaurants that command grand views over the Tokyo skyline.

There is also the New National Theatre Tokyo, a stunningly beautiful modern theatre for performing arts. They host events inside mostly everyday!

A 15-minute walk south will bring you to Yoyogi Park, where nature and city life coexist in perfect harmony. 

Take a stroll through the park, have a picnic on the grass, or simply sit and people-watch while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

With its quiet safety area with access to arts, downtown Shinjuku, and the open space in Yoyogi Park, creates a welcoming area for your stay in Tokyo.
