- 2 sofas for 8 people sitting
- bar area, kitchen top with sink where you can use it to prepare a light snack and enjoy watching TV in the living area

• TV to kill time while waiting for your friends and family

② Bedroom 1
- 1 double bed (140*200cm)
- 1 semi double bed (120*200cm)
- cloth hanger
- lamp stand

③ Bedroom 2
- 1 double bed
- make-up space with mirror
- cloth hanger and iron set

④ Main Kitchen
• cookware, fridge, rice cooker, kettle, and microwave
Please note that dining table is not available.

⑤ Bathroom 1
You’ll feel relaxed and ready for your day from the :
• shower room
• toilet
• made in Japan sophisticated brand “Leaf & Botanics” soap, shampoo, and conditioner
• towel for each and every member of your crew
• cotton butt, tissue, toothbrush & toothpaste, hair dryer, hair iron

⑥ Laundry
You’ll enjoy the convenience of private laundry that offers :
• washing machine
• detergent (Japanese brand detergent is very gentle but if you have allergy please do not use)
• laundry basket for after use towels

Okubo is an area in Shinjuku ward,Tokyo's most famous Korean town.
The main street, Okubo-dori Avenue, is colorfully lined with
shops, bars, restaurants, and grocers, a must visit in Tokyo!

You can walk to Kabukicho-district, Golden Gai, and Omoideyokocho within 15 minutes.
